On Thursday October 25th at 2:15 the 8th grade will be hosting a Colonial Fair. Parents are invited to attend. We need people to visit each colony booth and provide their opinion as to which colony is the most desirable place to settle. Please let me know if you can attend.
We are starting a new type of assignment called a Lit Log. This is not the reading response log. Lit logs are simply a response to what your child is currently reading. The lit log will differ each time it is assigned. This week the lit log is titled “Pizza Lit Log”. Your child has example that we went over in class.
We have finished reading Fahrenheit 451 and The Last Book in the Universe. Students are expected to continue reading. They may read any novel of their choice.

Friday--school colors 8th grade--black, 7th grade--red, 6th grade--white,
4/5 grade--all 3 colors.
